Eager to see our young dancers grow into confident, creative people with an advanced understanding, respect and love for dance. Saraswathi Radhakrishnan teaches Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi Natyam and Mohiniattam at Nartana Center for Performing Arts.
The body is the medium of dance. Therefore, physical health is very important for dancers. Training in classical dances can improve the posture of over all body, gives the dancer a much more gentle and graceful stance which can contribute a great deal in increasing the dancer's confidence.
